We help all residents get the proper approvals they need for the exterior changes they want for their residences. We help maintain the standards outlined in our community’s ABCC Guidelines.

The Sierra Dawn Estates Architectural Building Control Committee (ABCC) reviews all modification to the exterior of homes and property in Sierra Dawn Estates. The purpose of reviewing changes is to ensure Sierra Dawn maintains the feel and atmosphere that we all enjoy. They apply the covenants and architectural rules as put forth in the Sierra Dawn Estates Governing Documents that we each received when we moved to Sierra Dawn Estates.

When you submit an application, the committee tries to review and respond as quickly as they can, the ABCC meets every week (Thursday at 8:30am) unless it falls on the holidays.  Deadline for applications to be considered in the week is Wednesday at 12:00pm.  If you miss this deadline it is okay it just means you will be considered the following week.  Applications can be dropped off at the office or sent via email: alexandra@sdehoa.com Please remember to include your name, address, email address, and phone number on all correspondences.
