2023 Rates
Business Card Size – $50  (2.25″H  X 3.75″W)

1/4 page – $75(5″H X 3.75″W)

1/2 page – $100  (5″H X 7.5″W)

Full Page – $150 (10″H X 7.5″ W)

An advertiser provided pre-printed insert is $100 (any size under 8.5 x 11 or less)

JPEG ads are preferred, but we can work with Word, Publisher, PPT, Adobe, PDF, and some other formats. We can also scan existing ads or business cards if needed.

Ad Design is not available.

The issues are monthly and go to 1474 residents plus all landlords and advertisers.

Publication Dates are last week of the month to be on time for the 1st of the month.
